Seasonal Rates 2025
Our pricing structure for each property is based on 2 people sharing. Additional charges thereafter, up to 6 people in the house and up to 6 people in the gite.
Please remember that you are booking for one double room initially with the availability of a further room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 within the dining room for the main house and it is the same set up currently for the New Beginnings Barn.

You can book either property or both together. Both would currently sleep up to 12 people.
Our rates are inclusive of linen, towels and cleaning. You are however asked to ensure you leave the house clean and tidy. Should you not wish to perform the cleaning then a charge of 40 euros can be added to your invoice. All you need to do is let us know in advance.
Low Season
March and April are considered low season.
Rates will commence at the value of the first dates booking for the duration of your stay.
75 euros per night based on 2 people sharing the master bedroom.
Additional 10 euros per night per person.
One night stay possible for an extra 10 euros
Tourist tax due on arrival for direct bookings
Mid Season
May, October and November are considered mid season.
Rates will commence at the value of the first dates booking for the duration of your stay.
80 euros per night based on 2 people sharing the master bedroom.
Additional 10 euros per night per person.
One night stay possible for an extra 10 euros.
Tourist tax due on arrival for direct bookings.
High Season
June, July, August, Sept, December, January and Feburary are considered high season. (Winter due to extra heating costs).

Tourist tax due on arrival for direct bookings.
Christmas bookings from 21st Dec - 31st Dec will be charged at 90 euros per night and 15 euros per person.
