Planning a trip raises lots of questions. Rest assured that we are here to answer all of your inquiries. We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions that we think will be of use to you. Read below, and if you have any doubts, please reach out.

Are Pets Allowed

Currently our garden is not 100% pet proof, so unfortunately at this stage we will have to say no.

However this will not always be the case. We are endeavouring to allow pets from 2025 onwards. So this section will be updated with our policy at the point when we know the garden is pet proof.

Are there any cleaning or additional charges?

Currently there are no additional charges.

We expect guests to leave the house as they have found it. Clean and tidy. With all dirty linen and towels placed in the laundry box located in the bathroom upon leaving.

There is a small cleaning pack available for guests to ensure standards are maintained.

If you feel your are unable to ensure the place is left in an appropriate manner then a cleaning fee of 30 euros can be arranged up front.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full terms and conditions are emailed to you at the point of your provisional booking.

There is a non refundable deposit required of 30% of your booking total, however other fees are refundable provided your cancellation is at least 30 days before your arrival or a 50% if less than 30 days.
